Recently started working out at around 5 am to avoid skipping workouts after work. I usually take a preworkout (c4) when I wake up on the way to the gym and drink about 40-60 fl oz of water through out my workout (usually about an hour). I eat 3 eggs, sometimes with chicken right after I finish my workout, then have a protein shake between 9:30-10a, depending on my hunger level that day. Lately I've been getting nauseous directly after consuming my protein (around 40gs of gnc's wheyabolic stuff). Usually mixed with about 10 oz of milk and 8 oz of coffee....I add the coffee at work because it's easier to consume all at once instead of having a cup of coffee on the side.
Any ideas, suggestions, corrections?

Are you allergic or sensitive to any of the ingredients? Lactose intolerant at all? Could it be a bad batch? Have you ever mixed coffee with protein before without problems?
And any reason why you went for a GNC brand? Seems like there are better options on bb.com or anywhere else.12+ Years Natural Transformation: From Skinny to Aesthetics (17 to 29 years old) | Motivational:

I took GNC brand when I was in college and had no problem. Never been allergic to anything in my life that I've noticed. I would just eat food, but life gets in the way of keeping things consistent so I take a protein shake as a filler between meals to keep things as consistent as I can. Any recommendations as to what brand/product of protein I can get that's better on BB? I've only really stuck to GNC because that's all I really know. As far as protein product goes, I'd like protein that builds strength and mass....and lean muscle? Idk much about protein...I just work out and eat right and hope for the best lol.

There are a lot better options out there better than the GNC brand at a cheaper price. Platinum Iso Whey is a very high quality and great tasting option that you should consider.

Check out MuscleTechs Platinum Whey.
I'd try another brand or flavor of you aren't allergic to anything. Also you don't need to consume a shake a certain time of the day. Simply use it when you need help meeting your protein macros for the day.
I'd head over to the Nutrition Section and do a lot of reading...

First things first, I think I'd try a different protein. Check the expiration date on the tub. If you still get sick try an ISO whey or like VO2Maxima said eat food instead. That's about the time of day I like to eat some greek yogurt.
