Day 17:
Supplementation is the same as my previous posts.
I did 55 mins of cardio (treadmill) while I was at work and I hit the gym after. I worked out back/bi's& abs. My workout went great. This week I've been focusing my rest time and trying to speed up my overall workout. I was able to stay at the same weight, and speed up my total workout time. I definitely noticed some endurance gains. I'll take any type of gains in the gym!++CountryMike Appreciation Crew++

Day 18:
Supplementation is the same as my previous posts.
Yesterday I did my cardio at work (50 mins treadmill) and I hit the gym afterwards. In the gym I hit legs & Ab's. Again I've been focusing on decreasing my rest time and trying to get through my gym routine as quick as possible. I had an awesome workout! I hit a new PR on leg hacks and I was in and out of the gym with the quickness. My endurance/energy levels and strength on this stack are really starting to show results.++CountryMike Appreciation Crew++

Day 19: Off Day
Nothing much to see here. I took my BIG C in the morning, a scoop of Opus as I sat at my desk and I did my usual cardio at work.++CountryMike Appreciation Crew++

Day 20: Final Log
1st off I want to thank B CON and everyone at Magnum sending me some of there supplements to log. I was interested in Big C & Opus because I am currently on a cut and I was looking for some extra strength/endurance in the gym. While on this stack, I saw noticeable gains in both the endurance /strength dept, and I also lost 1lb. I would recommend this stack to someone looking to hit some new PR's, or for anyone that is looking to decrease there rest time in the gym without sacrificing strength. For me, while I was on this stack I was able to hit several new PR's and I was able to decrease my overall workout time by 5-10 minutes.
For my last workout, I hit chest/tri's/shoulders & traps. I had a great workout again. I hit a new PR for tricep push downs and I was able to get through my routine at a fast pace. Getting through my routine and decreasing my rest time is a huge deal for me. Sometimes I struggle in the gym and have to go at a slower speed to keep up my strength.
This is the first log I've ever done on BB, so I hope I provided some useful information and let me know if you bros have any questions.
