These are pretty easy to make just take a little milk of choice, I used unsweetened almond milk and
add a little cinnamon, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, 1 whole egg, and 1/2 scoop of the banana coconut
SAN Titanium Whey and whip it all together and the protein won't mix completely and that's fine
cause now you will take your bread of choice and completely soak up the batter and place each
slice on a pan that has been lightly coated with oil of choice and cook the french toast on each
side and the protein powder will form a nice crust on the bread.
When the bread has formed a nice hard crust on each side plate them and now make the frosting
and the sliced banana to form your stack.
Frosting- In a bowl add 1 scoop of Banana Coconut Titanium Whey and if you have any van casein based protein
add a bout a tbs and mix the two dry powders then once the powders are combined then add a few drops of
water and stir briskly until you have a frosting consistency. Spread some on each slice along with adding slices
of banana to each layer until you form a delicious stack of these french toast which are amazingly delicious.

This is the recipe for the Cappuccino Banana Walnut Choc Covered Expresso Bean Loaves
1- 1 1/2 cups of oat powder (Muscle Feast Brand)
2- 2 70cc scoops of SAN Cappuccino Cream Titanium Whey
3- 1 tsp of baking powder
4- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
5- 1/4 cup of toasted chopped walnuts
6- 30 dark choc covered expresso beans (add 10 expresso beans to each loaf once the batter is in the pan)
The reason I add the beans when the batter is in the pan is so that they stay in the middle of the loaves
instead of dropping to the bottom if you were to mix them with the batter. You can also bake the loaves
for about 3 min then pop the beans also but either it will keep the beans from landing on the bottom .
7- 2 bananas mashed in a separate bowl and added to the batter
8- 3 egg whites
9- 1 tsp of coffee liquid extract
10- 4 oz of unsweetened almond milk
Mix all the dry ingredients then add the wet and combine the ingredients thoroughly then spoon the batter
into 3 mini loaf pans and then place the pan into a 325 degree preheated oven for about 25 min. When done
remove and let the loaves cool before wrapping them in foil and storing them in the fridge until your ready to
eat.
