Hi there, welcome to BB.com and congrats on deciding to make a change. First off, It looks like from the pic you have a fair amount of muscle mass hiding under the chub....I'm assuming you've lifted b4? That said I would definitely concentrate on cleaning the diet up first....You need to get that metabolism fired up....As far as areas of weakness in the upper body, I would concentrate on shoulders and traps...Looks like those are somewhat lagging...plus it will help give that illusion of taper and narrow the look of your waist.... Hit the cardio 3/week on your off days and you'll be good to go....God Luck man....There is a wealth of encouragement and info on here if you can weed through the various trolls responses here and there....
