Plan on running Arnold's Blueprint to Shred/Cut as today was Day 4 for me so I'll do this program for the duration of the log.
What do I hope to accomplish with this log and stack?
To elevate test levels naturally, dry out some, define and make some more lean muscle gains.
So my workout split consists of:
Monday - Chest/Back
Tuesday - Legs
Wednesday - Arms
Thursday - Chest/Back
Friday - Legs
Saturday - Delts
Sunday - Rest Day

So Friday, yesterday, was Day 1 of actually taking ErgoDrive. Initial impressions...I can't complain about the convenience of 2 caps, twice a day. I don't really concern myself too much with smells and all like others.
And since yesterday was Friday then my workout split listed up top will have you know I murdered legs yesterday! As far as the day of the workout this was Day 5 of 56 for the Arnold Blueprint to Cut program.
Squat: 8 sets of 12 reps/275 lbs
Superset
Single Leg extension: 10 sets of 10 reps (last set is a strip set)/135 lbs per leg
Leg curl: 10 sets of 10 reps (last set is a strip set)/250 lbs
Standing calf raise: 10 sets of 10 reps/350 lbs
Lunges: 10 sets of 10 reps/200 lbs

Overhead press: 4 sets of 5-6 reps/150 lbs
Superset:
Arnold press: 5 sets of 10, 8, 6, 6, 8 reps/50,60,65,65,60 lbs each arm
Barbell upright row: 5 sets of 8-10 reps/125 lbs
Superset:
Lateral raise: 3 sets of 10-12 reps/35 lbs dumbbells each arm
Bent-over lateral raise: 3 sets of 10-12 reps (run the rack on last set)/35 lbs dumbbells each arm

So far I'm holding strong at 200 but do notice some dryness. But that might also be attributed to continued Dandelion Root use although I'm drier now.
Libido....Now here's where it got interesting today. Now I like any other man can sometimes wake up with my member at attention, however, I had trouble getting him down this morning. Normally wouldn't care but wife just started working so I'm responsible for getting our 7 year old daughter ready for school and our 1 year old ready to hit the gym with me when the oldest gets on the bus. Well I couldn't do that since I had to get him down first before I looked like a pervert to my daughters. And last night I wasn't tired at all and had drive like crazy which annoyed my wife since she wanted to sleep after a 11 hour work day. Will update in a week again. Tonight I'll update with my workouts from yesterday and today.
Huge lifts as always for the hulk... I couldn't be called hulk if I didn't lift like one.

Straight-bar push-down: 5 sets of 20 full reps, 20 partial reps (1/4-rep method on partials)/95 lbs
Superset:
Incline alternating dumbbell curl: 3 sets of 6 reps/45 lbs
Overhead rope press: 3 sets of 15 reps/60 lbs
Superset:
Concentration curl: 3 sets of 10-12 reps/55 lbs
