Oh well cut it short but hopefully now the garage will be more managable

That was really nice of your wife. Insulation definitely helps even if you don't have a/c or heat. I notice that the shop is cooler than outside just because it's insulated.

Today at the gym there were some professional wrestlers in the gym. Roman Reins, Bo Dallas and Kurtis Axle were all working out. They were not into it when a few gym buddies wanted to go up and say hi to them. I don't blame them, it has to be super annoying to be a celebrity and have everyone bugging you while you try to stretch and workout.
