It was more she told me about it (when the actual performance was 4:00 but forgot to mention that we had to leave early and pick up her mom beforehand. I get that she doesn't understand that 30 minutes less on a workout ****s me up though. This is why I have decided to just get up a little earlier and get all training done in the morning other than Wed/Aux day which will be my weekday sleep in day

DEADLIFT SESSION
So this was my first ever session @ THE OGRE COMPOUND. The experience was great and I am definitely looking into the next time I can make this happen. Matt is cool as hell and I had a blast hanging with him. We trained and he hit PRs. I hit a PR on trap and then quit on conventional. I then got the talking to I needed to from Wade. He made extra sure that I got the lesson that I give up too easily and that I need to stop being a Pussy. I heard him loud and clear and will be working hard to avoid this from now on. Wade is as nice, caring, and cool as he looks on video. He is much bigger and intimidating in person though, even though he often said, "I am not even that big anymore" One of the highlights of the trip for me was Wade stalking the window at Planet Fitness after we had been drinking, it was pretty funny. I wrote most of this down after the trip was over so sets and such may be off

The rest of the Day Matt and I hung out till Wade got home and then I had the most excellent bourbon tasting ever. I really can't stress that if you have an opportunity and can get out to the Compound DO IT! Wade is an excellent host and all his people are awesome. Especially Jennifer, with all due respect, her booty and legs have convinced me to talk Erica into squatting, and on top of all that she is also gave me a lecture that was pretty solid and she likes my dimple
