I started this journey the 4th of July in 2012. My heaviest was 275, and as of today I currently weigh 154. I am posting a picture below to determine if what I have left is fat, water weight, or loose skin. I go to the gym and work out abs a lot as well as lifting. My diet has changed where now I only eat fish, turkey, and chicken. No more pork or beef. My goal is to have the washboard abs and a flat stomach. Any feedback and help is appreciated. The last picture is my new goal and what I am trying to achieve.
