i had 10 weeks to prepare and work my ass off and i only have 4 weeks and need help with tightening up.
currently doing steady state for 1 hour every other day along with 12 rounds of HIIT on bike.
i need to tighten up a bit i started this cut a bit chubby and over weight.
anything helps
and i do have a coach just looking for extra advice and need some feedback

Definitely good advice and by no means any offence at all. At your age, I'd say continue to add muscle to your frame rather than trying to do the necessary cutting for a show. Now's not the time. Use this time to build on what you have. Calorie surplus at this point to add on the mass. Then when you''ve built a good amount of muscle on you, consider competing at that time.

tbh you need to put on a lot more size. when i was 18 i thought i was ready, but definitely wasnt. I stepped on stage at 6'1" 175 and 9%. Got smoked even in the teen division. Just stay focused for a few more years, and your time will come. Dont be to ambitious for those gains though, or injuries may happen.
