    Where to get fats from

So today my macros look like this:
Breakfast: 2 slices bacon, 3 eggs, 1 oz cheddar.
    ~395 Cals/3 Carbs/27 Fat/32 Protein

Lunch: Half Roasted Chicken, 1 cup Broccolli
~711 Cals/6 Carbs/32 Fat/95 Protein (estimated these, could be off)

I'm already over my protein count and still need around 80g of fat. Where does that come from?

It's hard to keep my fat so high when I don't cook at home. I'm going to make some fat bombs and feast.

I suggest you go to http://nutritiondata.self.com/ and click the button "Foods by nutrient".
In the Find Foods drop drop box "...that are highest in:" select Total Fat
Click Select and you will see there are 999 results.
How can you visualize training a muscle if you don't know its structure?
