So today my macros look like this:
Breakfast: 2 slices bacon, 3 eggs, 1 oz cheddar.
~395 Cals/3 Carbs/27 Fat/32 Protein
Lunch: Half Roasted Chicken, 1 cup Broccolli
~711 Cals/6 Carbs/32 Fat/95 Protein (estimated these, could be off)
I'm already over my protein count and still need around 80g of fat. Where does that come from?

I suggest you go to http://nutritiondata.self.com/ and click the button "Foods by nutrient".
In the Find Foods drop drop box "...that are highest in:" select Total Fat
Click Select and you will see there are 999 results. How can you visualize training a muscle if you don't know its structure?
