    Popeyes chicken after workout?

There's a Popeyes chicken right beside my gym, so lately I've been going there after working out quite often. I'm bulking now. Is it good for gains, or bad for gains since it's unhealthy?

It can be good for gains if it helps you meet your macro goals. Especially good with the dirty rice. The unhealthy part would probably be the trans fats from frying.

They have rice at popeyes? I normally just get the tenders, but I'll have to try that.

May be weird but their shrimp is decent IMO.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.

I am a firm adherent of the Popeye's shrimp. Is gud 4 gainz.

But it's certainly okay if it fits your macros for the day. Be sure to get some of the biscuits too for extra carb-o's mmmmmmmmmm
