Need some Advise PLz Badly
So Ive been bulking now for 5 months, and went from a lean and ripped 110 to a bulky 180. My diet consist of mostly fast food because i figured that that would put the most weight on me the fastest. My routine is Curl Machine 10 sets untill failure, 1 quarter squats on the smith machine, and then leg press. I would say legs are my strong point since i can leg press around 700lbs. So should I keep bulking or cut and finally see the benefits of my hard work? and also can anyone tell me what my Bf% is plz? thanks for any advice i recieve

you need to do other exercises, squats, deadlifts and bench press should be your main excersises, free weights are much better than machines...also i dont know why you are giving us an upper body picture when you only work biceps and legs..try cleaning up your diet, stick to good whole foods and a lot less fast food. either cut or continue on a clean bulk now..i would do the second one..
