Lightbulb Set your shoulders on fire!

After doing some heavy presses for you shoulders trie this tri-set and I guarantee your shoulders will be just screaming for mercy.

    Two-arm dumbell laterals 1x10-12
    then with no rest do
    Two-arm front dumbell raises 1x10-12
then again with no rest do
    Two-arm bent-over dumbell laterals 1x10-12
then rest for 30 seconds. After 30sec rest do this again for two more times for a total of 3 sets on each exercise. This is really hard but I have done it a few times and it really brings out some cuts in your shoulders, also when your done with this you'll just have to let your shoulders hang down because they'll feel like they're on fire. I was just wondering if any else's shoulders could put up to the test.
I can do all things through christ which strentheneth me.

That's just means that lactic acid builts up in them. So basically what you have done is exhaust the muscles, used up all the energy. I used to go for the burn bull**** when i started out lifting, and what did it give me? Nothing but just poped veins on my arms. Instead try to lift heavy weights, and keep progressing everywork out.
