Good offline diet tracker ? (excel alternative)

Been tracking diet for few years using excel sheets.
Problem is (1) it's tedious (2) every time I do a calorie bump I find out I made 1-2 human errors on the following bump.

I need a offline desktop tracker where I can put my weekly meals, some of which are reused (like breakfast, salad, etc)
Also would be great to switch between variations somehow, cheers (e.g. if I take a week off, or switch from cut to bulk, I don't want to update everything, but rather use alternate session or something)

Stuff like using wrong stats for an ingredient, missing ingredients from total which throws things off, changing serves but not updating the notes (e.g. 3 breadroll instead of 2) and so forth.

Personally, I use excel to track my total macros for the day & I use MyFitnessPal to figure out what I'm eating for the day

You can try other programs but they pretty much all entail the same thing

Cheers good idea man, that can definitely help narrow the search down.
