I have a pre workout ritual which is basically sitting around thinking about the workout for 2 hours listening to music and drinking black coffee... When I approach the bar for deadlifts I think I either get it or come back next week because im still scared of an old injury i had on coventional
but with squats its like i either get it or get severely injured
The first time I ever deadlifted I pulled 315 but I had a lot of people behind me to teach meInstagram: @Johneffer
