Thumbs up Continue Cutting or begin dream bulk

Hi I've been cutting for a fews now im weighing in at 152.5 lbs. I surely need to put on at least 10 lbs of mass and I will be a happy man.
Should I cut like 2-4 more pounds? or should I get my gains on.
Here are some pics. I think I am around 13% bf.

I really need some ab work don't I. Any opinions are very welcome.
    Thanks

    Thumbs up

I'd say get on with your dream bulk.n you should be a happy man. You're small enough now and you want to add some muscle. I would do it. I think you look pretty good and to keep dieting to get abs that you will lose in the hulk is not worth it. Just my opinion.

Yes, I would say you are ready. Bodybuilding is about building the muscles up and this means adding mass. How tall are you?

I'm 5'8. It's strange how small my joints are. I tried to calculate my maximum potential and my arm maximum wasn't even 17 inches lol. They are 14.7 when they are pumped 14.2 cold? I think gaining 2lbs a month from next month is my plan.

Yes BW. I'm thinking I'll gain around 4-5 lbs water weight in the first couple of days of the bulk but yes BW. I think from the 25lb BW gain a year at least 10lbs would be LBM I hope tbh.

10lbs of lbm or not I wouldn't chase numbers. I would gauge my gains by how I look in the mirror and pics and adjust my training, diet and rest from those.

I'd say that 2 a month is a very conservative approach and is good. Should be able to add solid muscle. So arms in the 14 range is good for your size. It's hard to predict what they can grow to as there are a lot of factors. So ultimate 16 to 17 is very good and achievable. For my size I should get like 19 but could only get to 17.5. So there are a lot of factors. Don't stress too much. Just set good but stretch goals and achieve them.

Ohk. Rather than straight off 2lbs a month, I'll continue to measure my waist/arms. If I don't like how I look I think a mini cut will be my plan.

Most guys don't get anywhere near 16 so they will be better than decent.
