    How many calories are in this shake?

    500 ml milk (1.5% )
    1 banana
    2 handfuls of oats
    2 scoops whey
    2 tablespoons peanut butter

    I would do the math myself but I don't know how many calories the oats and peanut butter have

    your never going to be able to eat normally counting calories all day

    This really depends on the types of whey,peanut butter, oats etc... All brands are different. Best to read the labels and calc yourself.
