Thumbs up Fruit and weight loss

So I'm trying to figure out what the general consensus is on eating fruit while trying to lose weight. I've been eating very strict for the past couple of weeks and I'm down over 10 lbs so far. I'm always curious about how much fruit I need to eat for my size. I've been told two servings a day before lunch (preferrably berries because they are lower in sugar). Thoughts?

    Deadlift Max: 505 lbs x2
    Squat Max: 365 lbs
Incline Bar Max: 350 lbs x1

You can honestly eat fruit as much as you want if it fits into your macros and overall daily calorie goals.

I eat fruit everyday, usually just one serving, generally Apple's,berries, or bananas.

I have read, something similar about 2 servings a day when trying to cut although timing doesn't really matter. I mean maybe don't eat it right before bed but even then again if it fits into your calorie/macro goals doesn't matter.

If you like fruit, eat it, just make sure it fits.

Fruit is full of a lot of great micronutrients, etc. The only reason to eat less fruit would be if it is causing you to either go over your calorie goal or the carbs result in not meeting your fat/protein minimums.

How much fruit you can eat is relative to the amount of calories you are targeting and medical conditions. Sugar is not evil. Fructose, Glucose, Sucrose....go for it.

Anything in moderation will do you good.
    Especially micro-nutrient dense fruits.
Packed with fiber & phytochemicals, they are nature's desserts.
    so IIFYM, eat away!
