Tweaked something in my left trap/AC joint on squats last night. Was coming up on the second rep of a double at 500 and it felt like something kinda came loose. No bruising or swelling this morning. Anybody ever done anything similar? My next meet is November 7th so I'm hoping it straightens itself out quickBest total @ 198: 1520 @ 195.4 - 575/360/585
Best total @ 220: 1603 @ 219.6 - 578/402/622 wraps; 1504 @ 206 - 529/363/611 sleeves
