After seeing a hard workout you may want to complain and want others to pity you for the work you have to do. Your mom will pity you. Your girl will pity you. I may pity you, but your competition will not pity you. They will step on you, walk over you and spit on you. Boris Sheiko

Should I be alright using these things for block pulls (~200kg+) or will I just destroy them? They're rated to 159kg each

As of yesterday, I was 188lbs AM weight. I was 208-209 morning weight in early October, and had 208 recorded on October 5th. Therefore, I have lost 20 lbs in ****ing 58 days.
As far as I can tell, bench and deadlift have seen gains and squat has maintained or possibly dropped a tad. Credit to Mike Israetel's book Scientific Principles of Strength Training, for aside from tons of other ****, teaching me to train hypertrophy during weight loss. Have been lifting 5-6 times a week and am on the last week of my second 4 week hypertrophy mesocycle.
My friend is into Renaissance Periodization diet and gave me "Off, Medium, Heavy" macro guides to follow. 1300-1400 Cal off days are just **** experiences but this has clearly worked. Running a 1000 Cal deficit with the occasional cheat meal or cheat day when feeling weak, and going IIFYM style with mostly the same foods, but at least twice a week do I fit pizza or a burger in at night by displacing fat grams from other meals. I need to make 183 for February so I may lose a couple more pounds to make the water cut a bit easier but I'm pretty much there 10 weeks early. Woohoo.468.4/319.6/551.1 @ 92.3 KG; 381 Wilks. Just trained with Gene and Ian Bell. Ian hit a raw bench PR in my wrist wraps, I'm never washing those bad boys.

Got my first equipped meet this Sunday and my gear felt unusually loose when doing openers this past weekend. Anything I can do last minute to get it a little tighter? Wash it? I'm 6lbs under the weight class so I'm already on that pizza + ice cream time.

There is a strong correlation between low testosterone levels and vericoseles, which is corrected by a simple surgery. Most doctors don't think to look at that - even specialists such as urologists. About 15% of men have vericoseles, so there is a reasonable chance thats what you have.
