    Looks good, similar to the Jym and Platinum series profiles (which is a good thing) a lot of leucine, citruline malate… good ergogens that are safe beyond any doubt.

    Yes and no. There is roughly ~27mg of caffeine in the product due to the cocoa bean extract. So keep in mind that if you use, say 2 scoops of Prep, you would be consuming ~54mg of caffeine, or about half the amount of caffeine in a small cup of coffee.
