Just went on a 3 month bender of eating crappy food due to an internship over the summer, which forced me to live out of hostel (I basically only had access to a fridge and microwave).
Anyways, I feel like crap and would like some suggestions to cleanse my body. I was thinking about just eating fruit and protein shakes for a about a week, but I'm always open to new suggestions. Thinking about maybe adding a probiotic as well.

Start with drinking plenty of water, and eating good amounts of quality protein and non-processed foods. Then let your body naturally detox itself like it's supposed to do.
You don't need a product or a certain "cleanse" to rid your body of whatever you've eaten over the last 3 months. Save your time, money, and effort - just get on a better regimen.Snapchat/Instagram: Mimsthe3rd

Alright, well I usually eat pretty healthy at home. Almost all organic meats/vegetables/fruits and minimal processed foods. I work from home now so I always have time to prep my own stuff.
My gf is lactose intolerant and doesn't eat red meat, so I usually avoid those things as well.
I've just been feeling bloated and tired/sluggish for awhile, was hoping to speed up the recovery.

Best detox I ever got... drank a lot of expired milk on accident didn't taste bad). Felt like everything inside me wanted to come out and party.
Would recommend if you have the weekend free and nothing better to do.Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

The human body is perfectly capable of 'cleansing' itself with no more than adherence to basic rules of proper nutrition. Commercial 'cleanse' products are not only a scam, they can be potentially harmful to your health. Stay away.
You might want to visit your doc if your malaise continues. No brain, no gain.

You do not need any probiotics, supplements, excessive water, detox products...
The bloating is probably from overeating and constipation.
You can just eat your usual food. Whole grain bread and leafy greens contain insoluble fiber, which gives bulk to the stool and stimulates intestinal motility, so it's a natural cleanse. You may want to temporarily avoid fruits (apples, pears, prunes, figs) and oats, diet cola or sugar-free chewing gum (sorbitol, xylitol), which can cause bloating.
