    Hi, I'm dumbnerd, and I'm a junkfood-o-holic.

    Here's kind of a progression of me over the years (edit: I should add that this is fat, not muscle):

    2009 (19 years old) -> 130lbs.
    2010 (End of first diploma, Start of second one) -> 140lbs.
    2012 (End of second diploma, Start of Undergrad Degree) -> 150lbs.
    2014 (End of Undergrad Degree, Start of Career) -> 160lbs.
    2015 (25 years old, quit my job) -> 215lbs.

    For work, I was travelling a lot and thus living out of a hotel room for months on end. This is where I gained my initial 30lbs, because I had so little time away from work, I would just eat fast-food mostly, and sit in an office. After I got back home, I was working 60-70 hour weeks. Waking up, rolling out of bed, working until midnight or into the early hours of the morning, rinse and repeat. The stress of work just cut into my willpower reservoir and I was packing on the weight like no-other. There was no end in sight of those working conditions, so I quit. I have some free time now, so I want to get back into lifting, and eating healthy.

    Going to follow all pro's routine, and living by IIFYM. In the event someone actually reads this, any wise words or tips you can offer?
