acute sleep deprivation= probably going to be extremely tired, have a bad workout, small probably unnoticeable affect on progress/overall health
chronic sleep deprivation= severely reduced overall wellbeing, reduced immune health, chronically poor energy levels, reduced hormone levels, very noticeable affect on progress
it's never a good thing to lose sleep, but its not going to have a noticeable affect on progress/health unless you consistently are deprived of sleep. you will however have to mentally prepare yourself for the fact that your next workout will most likely suck and you will perform poorer than usual since you are sleep deprived.

The amount of threads you make without bothering to use the search function is getting annoying.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
