    Prep Coaches

    Hey guys,

    I am looking to get advice on how to find a prep coach for a physique show. It would be nice to have a coach with some tips. Any advice? Thanks

    Do your research
    Check Client testiomonials
    Email contest prep coaches and see what they have to offer, pricing, and methods that may suit you
    See how they demonstrate themselves with their clients
    what they have to offer to the table
    and most importantly how well they communicate with you

    I would suggest:
    Inov8ElitePerformance
    Shelby Starnes
    3DMJ (Alberto Nunez)
    Jason Theobald (ScoobyPrep)
    Alex Kikel
    Kyle Hunt
    Paul Rivelia (Pro Physique)

    A lot of the trainers at local gyms are competitors and will train you under the table. My good friend is a trainer at a 24 and she trains other competitors. Her star girl won an ifbb show last Saturday. That's how you know they're good!
