My city of Irving is 14% black and Dallas city (which is 5 miles away) is 25% black. I live in Dallas county which is 23% black.

There are many wealthy Arabian gulf oil rich/capitalist countries that refuse to take in 1 refugee. Rich East Asian countries wouldn't take in 1 as well. There is no reason why why the u.s and e.u should be forced to take in so many.
