    Sugar Free Red Bull Pre-Workout

I got some Sugar Free red bull the other day and it has 1 gram of creatine in it. Is this good to take before my workout? And then take my dextrose and whey post workout?..Or should I take it post workout?..Any comments would be great.
If you want it bad enough, you'll find a way.

Nothing wrong with it pre workout, all it is is niacin and b12. If you like it then drink it but Id rather have coffee or a caffeine pill

I'm not having one every pre-workout. They are too expensive. I just bought one to see how they taste. BoxSquat, They are loaded with sugar but I bought the Sugar Free Kind.

if you think you get a pump of it, it's mainly in your head and might be due to Niacine(B3)in redbull
you can intake a few capsules Niacine to get a better effect, and it's cheaper/healthier too

The only real benefits of red bull are the taurine and caffeine and only then the caffeine is useful when cutting as it is thermogeneic and causes more calories to be burnt. Only then is it recommended generally that you take the stuff pre cardio by 1-2 hours. You can get similar caffeine effects from drinking 3 cups of coffee, generally delivering 200-300mg of caffeine.
There are a few kinds of gym lifestyles. There are those that show up to do cardio, which could really be done for free, there are those who go to socialise and there are those who go to lift heavy weights. There are however 2 almost opposing lifestyles which seemlessly meet at the gym. They are the 'pretty boy' lifestyle and the 'bodybuilder' lifestyle.

The PRETTY BOY has a yoghurt an hour before going to the gym. He uses the rowing machine and does 30 reps. He does some jogging then goes home, eating some low fat yoghurt, celery and maybe some crackers before going to bed.

The BODYBUILDER has a litre of milk mixed with protein powder before he goes to the gym. He busts his gut lifting almost non stop for an hour, then he washes the pain away with another protein shake. He then sets off on his way home but stops in a steakhouse and eats half a cow, and puts the other half into a doggy bag. He gets home and eats whatever is in the fridge and then he sleeps for 10 hours.

Which one sounds more enjoyable to you?

You are young bro...Why would you need to get a kick in the ass at this age. I hate to see you at thirty. We might have to shock you with a broken wire, inbetween sets to get you through your workouts.

You don't need it, and the crap in it isn't the best stuff to be putting in your body anyways.

mate, to get a thermogenic effect youll have to down like 4 or 5 cans, and wait a bit for the caffein to kick in. Considering a can is 2 dollars, are you gonna be expeding 10 dollars eacxh workout for a pre workout boost, youd better off getting an eca stack or ephedrine tablets mate

Red bull gives me energy, like when im totaly wasted from sleep deprivation i drink one to get me going. It doesnt add anything to strenght, and you cant get tyred from lifting 8 reps anyway, so i doubt its usefull and its damn expensive.

Considering that the amount of caffeine is non disclosed by the people that produce Red Bull in the UK I am only making ducated guesses that the combined effects of the stimulants present within the drink would have a similar effect to 200-300mg of caffeiene. Theb agan that is completely personal and I did recommend coffee over red bull.
