I've heard there's a device that retails for $1xx that can more accurately monitor keto than ketostrip or go by "feel". Does anyone know what it is? Thanks.

You can use a blood glucose meter that can monitor ketones , the meters run about 20-60$ Canadian , and the test strips cost about 2$ each...
you can also use a breath tester this is amazing and good thing about it , is , unlimited uses !! programmable everything , but start up cost $250

theres also breath testers on amazon.com , they cost 30$ for ten , so you might as well use a blood glucose meter over these as the pricve will be the same
