Do you have scoliosis?

No. I do have mild lower lumbar lordosis though (anterior pelvic tilt), which means I have to adjust my posing slightly to compensate and constantly stretch and foam roll my hip flexors and IT bands.

I'm not obsessed about weight more look, but I'd guess I'll get down to around 210ish when I'm fully depleted and leaned out. Once I load back up I should be on stage around 215-218 or so. Nice and full and dried out though

Shoulder days are my long workout days I've been obliterating them lately. I do 2 pressing movements, then 2 exercises for each front, medial, and rear delts. All high volume 4-5 sets with moderate weight. Primarily free weights and Dumbbells, no machines

Thanks, back and quads are probably my strongest points, but the rest of the upper body is coming along!

Tons of rows haha. Like from every angle. Also lots of fear and medial felt work which recruits that area a lot. I've actually recently tried to stay away from exercises that hit my upper back and have been focusing more on lower Lat and extensor work

Chest/core/front delts
Back/rear delts
Core/calves
Shoulders
Biceps/triceps/core

6 day rotation no days off

Also HIIT 3x at 12 30/30 intervals
And 3x LISS at 20 min
