No. I do have mild lower lumbar lordosis though (anterior pelvic tilt), which means I have to adjust my posing slightly to compensate and constantly stretch and foam roll my hip flexors and IT bands.Personal Trainer and WBFF Pro Classic Physique

Shoulder days are my long workout days I've been obliterating them lately. I do 2 pressing movements, then 2 exercises for each front, medial, and rear delts. All high volume 4-5 sets with moderate weight. Primarily free weights and Dumbbells, no machines

It is true. And naaa I've always looked older than my age, but based on my dad and grandpa's it'll taper off and I'll look the same from like 40-80 haha
