My guess is that I'm around 20% or so. I want to be fairly aggressive getting down to 15%(-2lbs/week) and then slow it down(-1lb/week) till I get to about 12%. Can this be done in 2-3 months or so?

Guess is pretty accurate to me.
3 months sounds like a very good time frame to get 12%.
