Items in transit are still available for sale.

It sounds like the items are restricted. Another possibility is that the items can be sold, but not through FBA. There could be a hazmat restriction.

Anyone do Ebay? I'm having the worst fukking experience with them.

Dropshipped a couple items and the supplier ran out or need to return it to supplier. Buyers ended up contacting paypal instead since they were too potato to fukking go through Ebay.

Refunded all the money and then Ebay still Charging me for the invoice fees of all returned items. They usually refund this. Called a bunch and emailed.

The only thing I should owe would be 400 they're saying I owe 700.

Btw thanks to you guys it inspired me to do 10-15k in sales in two months. However a bunch of mistakes made my first month but now I know.

    There's an eBay thread: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showt...hp?t=153127071

eBay should refund the fees on the returns. If a CS rep doesn't do it for you, just call back later and talk to a different one.

The buyers and selling on eBay has actually been improving over the past year or so. A couple years ago I was actively avoiding activities that would/could result in having to sell stuff on eBay.

Today is my 19th day since Amazon received my first piece of inventory.

Currently at $1106.37 in sales and pretty happy with that.

Currently have 2 different shipments of a few diff items each in transit or being received + something that will arrive at my place on a Wednesday or Thursday and be sent out Thursday or Friday to Amazon hopefully. These items if they all sell for the general price range that their marked at should give around / just a bit over $2K in new sales. They all have high sales ranks consistently, and I think I may have found 1- 3 replenishables so we'll see.

I'm optimistic as I'm doing this, have 8 business days left at my summer internship, and my first day of class for my junior year starts in just over 5 weeks

    Just wanted to share

I actually report it to the BBB because I keep getting diked around and they don't want to mess with it.

To open up a case for returned items avoid the final volume fee. is a automated system that credits you (seller) the difference.

The process is a 1-4 days turnaround, and it'll also not blow your cover to account directly speaking to employees.

As buyers never typically close cases - this is would then mean to initiate a series of closed cases.

It doesn't give me that option at least I don't see it. I was instructed to report it to the BBB because I've heard back and forth from the employees saying they wouldn't and some saying they would.

I will be all over this in the next few weeks.

PM me if you are starting out / have just started. Will be interested to swap ideas. I'm gonna do Amazon.co.uk and plan to buy from China on Alibaba.

My assumption is that it's a bunch of opened returns or broken junk. If you want to buy liquidation, I'd suggest trying to find liquidators that are local to you so that you can actually inspect what you're buying.

For buying liquidation online, I'd stick with government liquidation. It's going to be stuff that is being replaced instead of returns or damaged inventory.

If it's your first few times w a manufacturer on alibaba, I'd recommend shipping to yourself before Amazon. If they send bad products / if there is an issue w defects, you risk bad reviews on Amazon and screwing your account

Amazon returns are downright awful. Almost a majority of my returns are missing parts or have items swapped out. Ever since 2014 I've been getting the feeling Amazon doesn't want to deal with anyone that hasn't been wholesaling/manufacturing.

When I've been buying things, I've noticed that Amazon is 10+% more expensive than eBay for the majority of purchases. If I'm willing to wait, AliExpress absolutely crushes prices on junk I'm looking to purchase.

I have a much more negative view of FBA than I did in 2014. I'm interested in hearing about other people's experiences with FBA in the past few months.

About to start selling some stuff on Amazon FBA. Pretty ****ing excited about it,

One question I have. Are we supposed to obtain UPC barcodes and labels from a third party and use those for shipping/supply chain or does Amazon supply that stuff as well?

You need to supply the UPC. You can find cheap UPCs on eBay or any of the numerous sites that sell them.

Anyone have any experience using Sponsored Products ads? I've had my items up for a few days with barely any sales. My items are manufactured in house so there isn't really any brand recognition since I'm not reselling.

There's 3 of them. Which book are you talking about?

The biggest problem you're going to run into is that there is more competition than when any of the book were published. It is significantly more difficult to find high margin items than it was a few years ago.

If everything is as great as Chris Green says, why does he spend all his time writing books, creating courses, and selling software?

Is FBA still something you can get into in 2017? I'm looking to make a little extra money because I'm a starving artist right now but it feels like so many people are doing it that the money isn't there.
