Workout your legs more and eat a clean diet.
I have it, but if I get below 130 - poof its gone. Or if I am just really low bf it goes away as well.

ingrid.rondona:
1. training program (not just aerobics, but weight lifting also, and don;t just focus on the problematic areas of ur body, follow a proper weight lifting program for all ur body),
2. nutrition (sometimes people think that good food is any home made food, of course it's better thn junk, but most of the times is not what considered proper in fitness terms), so read some stickies in the nutrion board to get an idea,
3 WATER, 3 litres a day,
4. sleep,
and imo, leave all the cosmetic products aside,
i am in fond of cosmatic industry:-)) but regarding cellulite these products usually offers u just a smoother and softer skin, sometimes, small percentage, they may eliminate the orange look to some point but only temporarily. Imo they don't offer a sollution to cellulite, stick with 1-4 above

I've read in magazines that using a body brush on cellulite every day can help. Also that a body wrap treatment can help too. But I never know whether to believe half of what I read in women's mags.

I can tell you that since beginning my fitness regime and my quest for a stronger, more cut body, i saw the cellulite disappear initially by doing the elliptical, weight training and changing my eating to clean food.
After having 3 kids, i had lots of cellulite and now i can proudly say, I have lost about 90% of it! Lots of hard work and drinking lots of water have done the job! Good luck!

I don't think any of the creams and miracle drugs work. From my experience lifting heavy weight to build up some nice muscle and cleaning up my diet to loose the fat has made almost all of it disappear. The only time you can even tell that I have it anymore is if the lighting is just perfect.
Stick with eating clean and lifting heavy.
