    Post Powerlifting/Bodybuilding Being an all around MF Beast!!!

    Alright guys I've put together a little program (have not looked up yet to see if there is one similar to this out there) I was sitting on my couch today and thought about it and now I'm posting it.

    Monday - Shoulders
    Tuesday - Squat/Legs
    Wednesday - Arms
    Thursday - Bench/Chest
    Friday - Strength Circuits/Cardio
    Saturday - Deadlift/Back
    Sunday - Rest

    Let me know what you guys think

    Notes** On your 3 main lifts (Bench, Squat, Deadlift) go balls to wall, lift heavy as ****!
