    Best creatine? 4.1k

I know mono is the best tech

But I was wondering is there any others that would help with muscle building and getting bigger. I was intrigued by the new BPI creatine with the 6 different in it but not sure how good it is

I've had great result with mono so wondering if I should branch out or not

as long as you are getting 3-5 g of creatine a day there is no superior one to another. so go with whatever you prefer.

If you have great results with mono then by all means stick with it... if you are looking for something different and/or suffer from GI distress, then Best Creatine may be what you are looking for.

Would just stick with mono you could always stack it with the new cellucor CReatine nitrate for some extra pumps.

Would not hurt throwing in 3g of Creatine Nitrate which has been shown to help performance, endurance, and recovery
we did a study with 48 trained subjects at Texas A&M Showing this and is in our write up on the product. You can also see the study on marc lobliner's review of CN3 as well.

Another great option i was going to suggest. a very well rounded and delicious creatine
CN3 or Green Mag would be good choices, maybe a bit more bang for your buck compared to mono, but could use additional mono if needed. CN3 is around 60 cents a serving.

Personally, I'd stick with mono because of the price. However, if you do branch out, Green Mag is legit.

if you ask me, best should equal quality and price.

AI Sports has 300 grams of high quality micronized creatine for $7.13: http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/ai.../creatine.html

At a 3 gram serving you are getting 100 servings for a serving size cost of only $0.07.

But I was wondering is there any others that would help with muscle building and getting bigger. I was intrigued by the new BPI creatine with the 6 different in it but not sure how good it is

I've had great result with mono so wondering if I should branch out or not
Generally speaking mono is the only one with published research. All creatine is converted into phosphocreatine once within the muscle cells. Realistically, monohydrate is what a lot of people prefer because it is cheaper. Why pay more for another type when you can get the same results? That is just my opinion derived from performing a research study for my masters thesis on monohydrate and HCL.

I will post a review on the flavor when I get to it. Almost done with my snow cone tub and lime sherbert is waiting patiently. Will probably be early next week.

For all others, Green Mag Sour Green Apple is GOAT. I see it being discontinued in a couple of places, hopefully that's not a sign of a change...
