Looks like Powertec improved their compact leg sled quite a bit with more adjustments, a more user friendly adjustment pin, a bigger footplate and a smoother design...

The weight capacity is still the same, but might be an option for higher rep accessory leg work for anyone in the home gym crew that wants one.

Challenging assumptions: What are your candid observations about this intriguing product? Share your insights and help unravel its true potential. I'm interested in the experience if anyone already has it. I recently searched the internet for ways to improve my pain and came across this promising picture. In general, I don’t believe in the miracle of such devices, but only in training on special simulators in gyms, it might even be better to buy special substances so that there are no health problems with heavy loads on the legs and abs. Well, I thought so as not to ask your friends and discuss whether there is any point in such devices or in some other way to know how I should be. Attaching a picture. Of course, I will accept, I advise, opinion is important to me and I will gladly share my opinion and what I have already tried

Posting here since spam has pretty much killed the rest of the forum.
I've been fighting off back issues for 20 years. I got lazy with the core work over the past year or so and after doing some stupid things now it's flaring up again. I'd like to add back extensions or reverse hypers to my routine to get back on track.
I'm looking at either adding the Ironmaster Hypercore attachment to my SuperBench or buying the Rogue/Westside Scout Hyper. Space is an issue. The Ironmaster attachment is a lot cheaper and more versatile. The one real study I found determined the muscle workout is identical between the two but the reverse is less stress on the spine and builds better hip mobility. And intuitively that makes sense to me, so I am leaning towards the reverse hyper.
Anybody with back issues have experience between the two movements?

You need a good rack, a bench, and a 300-lb Olympic weight set. Now, what was your question?

I dunno. The 20's look legit to me.

I've been noticing that CL has been quite slow these days (in my area anyway in regards to flipping pieces) and fb market place is something I never would sign up for (though my GF's mom has a page and posts some pieces for sale for me yet still a bit slow). That said, out of curiousity I signed up for reddit and discord and have gotten a few bites on them...the format is a bit different, but I'm kind of getting the hang of them as a few side contents.

Listening to him talk about how IronMaster listened to HIM and made all the improvements made me laugh. We've been saying those same things in this forum while Coop was still busy recommending Bowflex adjustable dumbbells. I've had my IM SuperBench Pro now for a couple of years and it's been great. I am considering getting the Rep Fitness AB-3100 for incline work and just using my IM SuperBench Pro for flat work and the attachments. My one knock on it is the seat for inclines and overhead, it's just too small, I don't feel like I'm sitting down in it enough for incline dumbbell work, hard to describe the feeling.

Right!?! In his mind he's the driving force in the industry, when we've been saying that stuff LONG before he arrived. Whatever though, at least he finally caught on haha. But I feel your pain on the seat, I've kept my CAP+ Commercial bench and its what I use for incline work mostly.

I find the seat size to be okay but I don't like being locked in a 45 degrees. Works fine for some stuff but I like to incline bench at a relatively low angle and it sucks for that. My Irwin bench with a 14" wide pad remains the perfect complement. Regardless, the IM SB Pro is still an awesome bench and I'm glad to see it getting some love, even if it's from Coop.

Anyone else highly skeptical of the timing on this? Coop releases a review proclaiming the I'm Super Pro as his new favorite adjustable bench, then a day later Ironmaster sends out a 20% off sale ad quoting Coop's new review.
That's some next level collusion if you ask me LOL▪█─────█▪ Equipment Crew #58 ▪█─────█▪

Anyone heard of Mayhem Strength? Not sure how the lips are on them, or how handling them is, but their gold chrome calibrated plates look sick...

YouTube video for this Freak Athlete Nordic HyperExtension 4-in-1 popped up and I thought it looked interesting. Calling it a reverse hyper is a bit of a stretch though.

Yeah, but I've been looking at the Westside Scout reverse hyper and struggle with $500 for one movement. And the lack of wheels means my wife would really struggle to get it out and setup. If it keeps my back in good shape it would be well worth the money.
I am thinking that the Ironmaster Hypercore attachment for my SuperBench, combined with the decline attachment I already have, would cover mostly the same bases, though not as well.

The common problem among us all in the threads...we all need some serious help, but we'll be alright lol.
I'm currently delving into the world of lever arms for my rack (figured with the multi-functionality I could gain a smaller footprint with them on my rack in a smaller space). That said, the Body-Solid lever gym is gonna find a new home...also on that, I see that Powertec improved their leg sled quite a bit and it might compliment their leg press I have for high volume leg work...one vicious cycle lol.

Heh, yeah. Ebb and flow.
The Powertec leg press and redesigned sled both look good to me, but I don't think I could justify the space used for both in my space. I also can't decide which would be the better choice for me, so I still have neither. I vote you buy the leg sled and then do a review comparison of both.
Dynamic doesn't make adjustable lever arms for the Ultra Pro racks anymore, unfortunately. I miss my Powertec leverbench sometimes, but it was an older one and not very well designed. I only used it for extra bench volume, so it was also a lot space used for an single purpose accessory piece.

The Powertec leg press to my surprise actually fit on top of one 4'x6' horse stall mat, but space size and utilization of it is subjective. Unfortunately I think you might not be too far off with me getting the new leg sled eventually (I'm doomed by this place) lol.
I'm hoping to somewhat replicate various Hammer Strength press and row machines with the arms while still saving valuable space. I'll have a lot of testing to do with the Rogue Manta Ray Bench to compliment it (I gotta sell off a few benches at four of them now...the Adjustable 2.0 Bench and probably the Legend 3103 Bench).

I need someone legitimate to review some of these alibaba special machines that have been popping up all over:
https://www.amazon.com/syedee-Machin.../dp/B0C7M9RY13
https://www.walmart.com/ip/syedee-Be...ity/2136320066
The fact that they spell their brand name wrong multiple times, in addition to the product descriptions reading like someone prompted ChatGPT to write them in broken english, makes me hesitate for some reason.

I ordered the IronMaster lat tower attachment yesterday before the 20% sale ended. I already have the dedicated seat for it, so I can make it a stand alone unit and won't have to use my IM SuperBench.
I also ordered the leg press foot plate for my IM2000. I've never been a fan of vertical leg presses, but for $100 it will free up the space that my leg press/hack squat machine takes up."It is my own fault for replying in a smith thread." deadwoodgregg

I agree, I'd like to know if anyone has actually bought anything made by Syedee. The belt squat looks like a complete knock off of the Titan, minus the diamond footplate. Considering the Titan belt squat seems to have almost doubled in price between V1 & V2 this has me interested.

Anyone see that Hammer Strength teamed up with the PBs to make a 5-100 lb set of the urethane pros?

In other equipment news Ironmaster is discussing upgrading the adjustability and seat pad design on their SB Pros.
Also, welcome back A7.

I decided to join the home gym Discord earlier this month and select companies are on there including Ironmaster and post/discuss future improvements and upgrades with other members. I also seen some of the lesser mainstream fabricators on there discussing their pieces too. One thing about Discord is that it's sort of a chat type discussion format as opposed to the forum style posts.
I believe IM posted in the rack and benches discussion, they also have an accessories, buy/sell/trade, plates, barbells, DBs, vintage plates section, etc.
