Best powerlifting bar?

I have been wanting to know what the best bar I can get for training all three lifts. The only 'good' bars that I have experience with are the Texas power bar and the Rogue power bar. I don't like how the TPB feels while squatting or benching so something not like that would be great. Thanks

The Rogue Ohio bar is a solid bar.

The TPB is pretty solid to squat with though. Why wouldn't you want to squat with it?

Eleiko PL comp bar. Second would be the eleiko PL training bar.

Only difference is the comp bar is calibrated down to the ****ing bawhair, training bar slightly less so

Came in to recommend Rogue Power Bar, or Texas Power Bar Why didn't you like the TPB? It wasn't a deadlift bar was it?

Regardless IMO the Texas power bar is the best all around powerboat out there.
Ive had one for the past 12 years and it's holding up just fine even after being well abused with the powerlifts.
Don't know anything about the rouge bar.
If you can i would try before i buy.
The rouge might be just as "bad" as the TPB to train with for you.
Make sure you get something made in the USA and that is rated to 1500 + lbs.
Price should not be an issue as a good bar is a one time buy.

Curious why you would recommend something made in the USA, when there are probably more top-level barbells made outside of it than inside? Though I suppose a lot of those top level bars are WL-specific rather than PL.

Got the TPB about 5 months ago, no regrets overall. It does get whippy at 400+ tho.

Guy I train with squatted 435 in it for 8 reps and he said the bar feels soooo much better than the gym bars. But I noticed the whip at the top.

Ohio Power Bar is .5mm thicker, I want that bar... It's cheaper than the TPB but was never in stock 5 months ago.

Most all the good oly bars are made outside the USA.
I don't know of any good power bars that are.
So you need to decide what your mostly going to use your bar for.
Oly bars have more flex to them and no middle knurling.
Not that you can't use either bar for either type of lifting but they are made for specific types of lifting.
