Looks like Kai Greene won't be winning the Olympia this year.

That's going to make for a less interesting Olympia. I think a lot of people were waiting to see if Greene could ever finally take that 1st place.
Must suck though, regardless of whose fault it is.Follow my 2018 competition prep here:

Glad you found this IC, I just watched the guru debate on this topic in the ifbb section. Consensus was just like Cedric at the Arnold Brazil, you miss the deadline to sign ,then your out.
Rhoden , Dexter, and Cedric will give Phil a run :-)!
Kai can build up the hype with 2 years of training under his belt for next year's Mr.o.

I am disappointed that he won't be competing.......and I find it hard to believe that someone who has competed in the O for 6 years(?) would miss the deadline.......doesn't make sense, but I guess we won't really know the why of it. Not a fan of Heath, but some of the other guys are interesting....sigh

Doesn't sound like that is the case whatsoever. Read the article straight from the IFBB's mouth....doesn't sound like they are holding him back from anything.

I liked Kai when he first came into the bodybuilding scene (Saw the interview by Palumbo) but then he got all f'cking weird and did some really dumb sh!t. After that I never really cared for the guy, his build is insane and he can definitely give the other contenders trouble, but I just don't like the guy.
On the list for Bannukah

So I met this security guard at the local grocery store after a workout and he was admiring my calves, and we got into BB talk. He said he was from NYC and he grew up with Kai; basically kai was not treated well, a chronic foster kid and had it rough. He went into great detail and I don't blame Kai, for not being the perfect citizen that some would like to project on him. Lots have it rough growing up this dude had it super rough.
End of story time :-)

Well, if he wants to be a successful businessman, he better learn the concept of signing contracts, and honoring them, real fast, because I don't think you stay afloat very long if you do things half-assed, especially on the legal side of things. That takes you to court really really fast.
