    If you really want it, you're going to have to be willing to put on at least 50lbs imo. Benching really favors the heavy. There are many light powerlifters squatting 5 plates that can't bench 3 plates.

    Damn, the misc just alters your perception of reality. If you're in an environment where the majority think one way, overtime you become convinced it isn't that good since it's the 'norm'. Thats a fukin impressive deadlift btw.

    I want to compete in the 181 one day when I start to train more consistently, I dont wanna be a bulky type dude, I like being athletic/slim but yeah I still wanna put on weight. I'd like to hit 200lbs next year, can't even see myself wanting to be more than that.
