That is the entire misc and a lot of lifters in general, dude. And some people are specialist at specific lifts. He, for example, is an insane deadlifter.

I went to one of my countries most sought after athletic all boys high schools, half the people I see representing the country/playing pro sport on TV went to the same high school I did.

The only man, and I say man because he was on steroids at the age of 14, I knew in the whole school to have been able to bench more 225lbs for reps was on steroids and had been competing in bodybuilding comps since 15.

It took me 5 years of training to be able to naturally bench 220lbs for 12 reps, no random kunt in high school can do it, they must have been training for a while/on gear

You must be from some poverty stuck eastern European country where people average 900 calories a day. Come to the Midest or South and see some of the corn feed 14 year olds playing football. Ive seen untrained kids bench 225, srs. Given they weigh 225 also.

If you really want it, you're going to have to be willing to put on at least 50lbs imo. Benching really favors the heavy. There are many light powerlifters squatting 5 plates that can't bench 3 plates.

I train with a guy that is ranked as a top 10 181er and his goal is 4 plates...395 is his best thus far. It's no joke.

He has been powerlifting for 15 years and not natty.

That sucks, i guess it's genetics, i have bench pressed 405 as a natty at 215...

Damn, the misc just alters your perception of reality. If you're in an environment where the majority think one way, overtime you become convinced it isn't that good since it's the 'norm'. Thats a fukin impressive deadlift btw.

I want to compete in the 181 one day when I start to train more consistently, I dont wanna be a bulky type dude, I like being athletic/slim but yeah I still wanna put on weight. I'd like to hit 200lbs next year, can't even see myself wanting to be more than that.
