I think 3 plates will always be impressive.

Misc standards, you are a weak pencil necked *******
IRL, 3 plates is more then impressive, I've been at it for almost 4 years and I still haven't hit 3 plates, just hit 285 last week, hopefully will make it before my 4 year lifting anniversary."The reason why we struggle with insecurity is because we compare our behind the scenes with everyone else's highlight reel."

Walked past some guy benching 3 plates with a 2 inch ROM the other day. Safe to say that I was not mirin. He probably came home after that session, logged onto the misc and started bashing people with benches below 3 plates. Moral of this long and largely irrelevant story is to not take posts on the misc too seriously.

........ wot?
I went to one of my countries most sought after athletic all boys high schools, half the people I see representing the country/playing pro sport on TV went to the same high school I did.
The only man, and I say man because he was on steroids at the age of 14, I knew in the whole school to have been able to bench more 225lbs for reps was on steroids and had been competing in bodybuilding comps since 15.
Lmao at miscers thinking 250lbs is fukkin easy.
It took me 5 years of training to be able to naturally bench 220lbs for 12 reps, no random kunt in high school can do it, they must have been training for a while/on gear
