On the whole leg day thing, you should be training legs twice a week anyways, why? To maximize gains and reduce DOMS significantly. Legs just need PROPORTIONAL, I don't see the point of having huge legs. It's already a pain fitting in pants.

He does have a pretty strange unproportional physique and looks much better with a tank or t shirt on....but holding up "Physique" athletes as proportional? Lol 95% of them are ridiculously unproportional. Pencil necks, no traps, usually weak backs, poor legs. Even on the Olympia level half of them look dumb. If you meant bodybuilders, then nevermind. Just the average national physique competitor looks stupid except when on stage doing a front shot where you cant see everything else.
