How everybody doing?
Summers coming to an end
Thinking about jumping my current 2,500 cal diet up to 4,000 for some gain.
I'm 5'4, 23, and currently 125lbs
Any tips? Suggestions? Criticism?

Don't pick an arbitrary number. Apply a 10-20% surplus to your current intake then see what the rate of gain is in the course of 2 weeks. If you're gaining at a rate of 1-1.5lbs great. If not increase by 100kcal of whichever macronutrient you prefer provided your minimum fat/protein requirements are met. If gaining too fast then decrease by 100kcal with the aforementioned guidelines.
