Depends. If I am not really that hungry, then for taste. As Anton Ego says, "if i don't like it, i don't swallow"
But sometimes I like to get super starving and then tear into whatever food is near like a rabid tasmanian devil.2 time survivor of The Great Misc Outages of 2022

I feel like either dieting down once in your life or tracking macros wrecks people in terms of satisfaction after a meal.
Dieting down --> restrict food --> create drive for food that never really goes away
Tracking macros --> hitting calorie/macro goals --> drive to not have to stop at calorie/macro goal (so still restriction)
My friends can eat a burger or two from McDonalds at 5pm and not eat for the rest of the day. If that were me, I would seriously go bat wild lol
Best satiety food? Oats.Been playing with shafts and balls since '75.

People can change, takes some practice.
Got off on a tangent researching okinawan diet and that eating until 80% full thing got in my head. If I just had some reference of what 80% felt like
IDK about forgotten but I think it can be replaced. I like to eat good food, but try to use vegetables to extend meals in enjoyable way, and pair ingredients that are enjoyable toghether. I mean in a nutshell that is cooking. I mean you look at good soup, most of it's half or more veg, beans etc.
I'm not spending the rest of my life eating a bale of hay trying to fill the void. LMAO thing is like a black hole. The most important aspect of weight training; whether for the athlete, bodybuilder, or average person is to better ones health and ability without injury. - Bill Pearl

*Looks at sig*
Volume it is for E lol
Don't get me wrong, I eat foods I love. But if you said "cookie or ice cream?" I would have to say ice cream not because it tastes better per se, but because it would take longer to eat and fill me up more (but both are delicious).Been playing with shafts and balls since '75.
