working 40 hours a week plus got 2 hours of school on top of it jst it don't have the energy or time to hit the gym and wen i do its only friday,sat, and sunday witch is not worth paying the 30$ a month for imo. im jst really aiming to doing good this semester and need to keep the job to pay stuff off even tho it sucks. i got som db and bb and few plats at home so im still going to workout what i can but at this point in lyfe school+work come first in hopes to one day become 10k ceo.
edit:also added im also aiming to loose v-card 100% for sure this time!
edit2 left out im also going to go no fap (starting next month)until i loose my vcard. aiming to loose it b4 2016

i feel like lifting is part of my nature and really hate the fact that the workload from school + part-time outweighs what's real important in life such as mental health, physical health, & well-being overall.

but ya right now I'm at a time in my life where I don't have the money to go and work out. you can say I don't want it bad enough which maybe true but at the same time, I'm not competing or doing anything fitness related really.
Right now all I do is push-ups, planks, skipping, Running, and some shadow boxing.
I feel like bodybuilding is for people with a lot of free time and nothing to worry about.

yup lifting is a privilege and just a part of life "not everything". and yea i need to start doing more endurance type of training again, jst realized back in middle school wen i wasn't beta i used to ride my bike to school, plus in pe class we would run like 2 miles everyday, then i would go home and bench,curl for like 1 hour, maybe cardio was a factor to not being a fa beta?*Team Seid*

Hey brah, I know these feels, in pretty much the same situation. The solution is having a good sleep schedule so you can wake up early every day and have a lot of energy to hit the gym then rest before you do anything else.

Ill be honest im only as focused as i am now because of all the time i have since its summer. school starts in 3 weeks and it might be tough, but going to the gym is 1/24th of your day. youre working, and going to school too, but i imagine it only being 12 hours of your day...that leaves you with another 12...1 hour gym, 1 hour shower and wank off, and 10 hours of sleep...8 hours if u need to study.
