The economy is broke right now is what im guessing, i am having the same issue, I boost raid and precook but the shear amount of nexting is horrible

You gotta use gowipe or war troops and 4+ spells to get gold and break even with elixir and de.

This update is balls. Im almost maxed Th10 and the loot is getting worse and worse by the day, Honestly resorting to trolling bases for the lulz.

Killing CC troops, heros, for no reason. Sniping DE and quitting at 29%. Oh lawd. Game isnt fun anymore

I see many forts with loot. Problem is they are all highly stacked forts. So highend troops and spells needed. I've never farmed that way. So like most, sitting there Nexting out the ass. I get so bored with this fast.

Then Boom Beach is alright. But it's not something you can continually play. You get to a stopping point waiting for new forts you can do. Or coins to open up areas. But no Nexting looking for possible targets.

Guys have started climbing just so they get the loot bonus... Even then, there's now that sliding scale for loot bonus. There is nothing I like about this update.

Can't remember ur TH but if you're 9 and not in gold, go there. It's not fabulous but the best area I've found so far.

Atm I'm farming in Champions with 2 lavahounds, 24 loons, 30 minions, 3 rage, 2 freeze, a poison. I ask for haste in my cc and any flying troops, usually don't have much in there when I raid though. I generally use 3-4 spells and maybe the haste but not normally the poison. Also max AQ (no BK, he is constantly down as I am trying to max him). So the army costs me 1,350 in DE, but I get 1,220 from the Champions DE loot bonus, and generally 3,000-4,000 in DE from the base itself. Usually end up with around 300,000-500,000 in gold including loot bonus, and net of about 200,000-300,000 in elixir. Yeh, I can only raid once every 1.5 hrs but that suits me as I can only usually raid 4-5 times a day anyway. I still make enough DE to put my BK down as soon as he's done.

Way different dynamic to before though.

No, they changed it again with this update. You are less likely to see a TH one below you and there is a higher penalty for a TH one below you.

And of course we are going to see a bunch of really strong, maybe maxed, probably well designed bases in search. It used to be that many of those guys would put their TH outside and get sniped, which added loot to the economy (tiny or zero expense for the snipe, only 1k g/e lost from defender, full loot bonus)...and the important part here, those bases stay in the search queue now because they don't get sniped and nobody wants to attack them because it's just too risky/not profitable. So now we have to hit next past all of these bases that just aren't really "farmable" because they aren't conveniently hidden from us by a shield.
