So I just wanted to share my win with you.
With so many changes in my life this year and mental illness I did have some trouble getting things started. Anyways I recently got some help from a PT and while I haven't 100% stuck to my calories and macros 3 weeks in and it has gotten easier lots of protein and protein powder and I realised that your trainer really isn't that scary an you can talk to them if things are not going 100% right.
Anyways so this week I reach the weight I was back in January of 64.1kg which isn't alot when my highest was 66.6 kg I have toned up and can bench press 15 kgs.
I just wanted to share.

You've accomplished alot, Sminc, overcoming problems that you've had and also getting back into training again. I'm glad the PT is helping you and you reached your goal weight. It's nice that you're getting stronger in your bench too. You're doing great, keep it up!!
