Does this mean I should drop my post cardio carbs? How about the glutamine? I do low-mod cardio.

I do weights in the morning, and cardio 3x a week at night,
Had no problems of getting kicked out of ketosis.....
I am having this post cardio shake, according to a post by fitnessman on the sticky - Keto Diet Questions, page 5. (sorry I don't know how to post a link to a thread)
-can you give a link to some of those articles on glute? All the articles I've read say that it is wonderful.

Ok.....but should I eat right after my cardio session or wait one hour or so befor eating?
One more thing, all my meals have plenty of proteins and fats, wouldn't the fat after cardio slow down the protein absortion?"I have no idols, I admire hard work, dedication, and competence. " - Senna
