ive just recently started going to the gym, started doing icf 5x5 but tweaked it a bit. I go to the gym every other day and alternate between a Workout A and Workout B. Workout A is:
Squat 5x5
Bench press 5x5
Barbell row 5x5
Barbell shrug 3x8
Tricep pushdowns 3x8
Straight bar curl 3x8
Hyper extension 2x10 with plates
Leg press 3x8
Incline dumbbell flyes 3x8
Workout B is:
Squat 5x5
Dumbbell shoulder press 5x5
Barbell row (underhand grip) 5x5
Close grip bench press 3x8
Straight bar curl 3x8
Dumbbell fly 3x8 on flat bench
Hyper extension 2x10 with plates
Leg press 3x8
Am I working any body parts too much or too little by following this routine every other day? What body parts am I not hitting enough? Thanks for all the help misc.
