Hey brahs. Been a while since I checked in.. I'm putting my Barrett up for sale. Had to vent because I love it, but some other priorities need to come first.... Plus I want to upgrade to a semi 50 at some point

Come in to MFC and ask for interior pics from a truck, 80% of MFC drives some sort of "truck." Whose truck?

Born December, 1943. Refurbished by armories 3 times (I carefully refinished it and made it beauriful again, taped over the stocks markings since they can't handle another sanding without risk of disappearing, armories did it to remove all the nicks and dents from battle, still didn't get them all).

Gunbrahs, first time posting here. I finally moved to a state where guns arent a pain in the ass to get! I'm not super familiar with actually BUYING guns however. Any advice for actually going out and buying? Planning on getting two guns in the near future, shotgun for the house and a pistol to carry.
Been looking at the VP9 and a couple Glocks but I dont really have much knowledge on em. Only really familiar with shooting the military's beloved Beretta lol
Side note on the car talk - Dodge Journey has amazing storage underneath passenger seat that I can only assume was designed by someone who carriesU.S. Navy

Generally, you will find much better deals online . . . purchase and ship to your local FFL. Check out local ranges to see if you can rent and shoot the guns you are interested in. A lot of guns might appeal to you . . . not all will end up being ones you like for whatever reason (doesn't feel "right" in your hand, too heavy/light/unbalanced, don't shoot it well, etc). Find what you like for the purpose you have in mind then buy online where you find a good deal. Lots of links in the OP.
Be sure to take the purpose of the gun into consideration . . . if it's going to be a carry gun, you'll want it to be comfortable to carry, or you won't want to carry it. Ask lots of questions here.*MFC Elder Statesmen Cabinet Crew*

Anybody who needs to punch out the taper pins in their front sight base don't believe the hype. They are not hard to get out at all (in my experience). I went ahead and just punched them out last night to finish getting that handguard cap off. I wish I would have done that from the start, would have been so much easier to cut off having it free from the FSB. I sprayed some rust penetrant/PB Blaster on them thinking it was gonna be hard to do and the punch knocked them right out. You just have to have the upper braced/still and it's no problem at all. I'll post pics of the new handguard on my BCM when I get a chance

I've never had a need for a truck, but I love the Taco's.
Also bewildered when I saw what used truck prices were.
I'll stick to turbo hatchbacks.**MISC Firearm Crew**

I've been wanting to shoot clays for a while. Best I've gotten to do is shooting them on the backstop with my .22. Then they do this.
And no my groups don't suck so bad I hit that far off center. I was assuming closer to the edge to see if that would make it shatter.
I'm gonna shoot some with 5.56 next time and see if they explode.
