Joint support?

Hello, was wondering on a quality joint support. So many options to choose from in the store and was just wanting to get some advice. Thanks!

My personal favorite and the one I've been using for quite some time now is Animal Flex.

Otherwise Controlled Labs has their famous multi vitamin (Orange Triad) which has a joint support blend in it which also works wonders.

That right there is a great combination, if I could choose only one it would be cissus

Very soon we will have a new joint formula dropping that was incredibly successful in testing. Was supposed to be out already but there have been some delays.

Thanks for the advice everyone. This probably a stupid question but whatever. I'm having dull aching pain in my joints while lifting. And usually only on certain days (shouldrers, triceps for example) Really at no other time. Is there a joint product that acts similar to a pre workout where you take it just prior to workout on workout days only? Seems most everthing I've read requires a joint support daily regime as opposed to Just when needed. Thanks!

Most work over time, I believe iforce Joint help has an ingredient for immediate pain relief but I have not used it.

Blue Star has white willow -- aka aspirin. That'd obviously help. But taking them daily is going to be more optimal.

Can't beat a multivitamin with and added joint complex (Orange Triad). Cissus is another good product to throw in as well, Primaforce makes a good one. Other good options would be Animal Flex or Blue Star Joint Armor.

typically joint supplements are taken daily.

cissus is a solid addition that a lot of forum members, including myself, see great results from.

also you could add in fish oil, which has not just joint health properties, but overall health benefits as well.

OP, I'd give IFN Joint Help a look as it contains paractin for immediate pain relief in addition to cissus for long term health promotion. Paractin also helps boost the immune system and that time of the year is coming when the sicknesses happen!

Would a joint support help with lower back issues? Im going to the dr tomorrow to get it looked at but most likely will be prescribed some ibprufen like always which really just cover the pain temporarily.

When choosing a glucosamine product, make sure you arent getting Glucosamine HCl


You want Glucosamine Sulfate since it is the form that actually works. Orange Triad uses the Sulfate form of Glucosamine.

Cissus and a well dosed Omega 3 are other good additions

You need to find out the cause of your joint pain and fix that first, then you can look to supplements.

As far as supplementation goes you really can't beat Animal Flex, it's time tested and proven in the trenches.
