I haven't took creatine for about 2 years now. Ever since I took creatine for a couple months straight, years later I carry a water gallon jug everywhere I go. I am legit permanently thirsty, my mouth is always dry and I always have an urge to drink. It's like I can never quench my thirst.
I used to love drinking alcohol and feel great, now when I drink alcohol I just feel like **** and get tired, I think it has to do with me being permanently dehydrated, and alcohol makes you more dehydrated so it just makes me feel like ****.
When I play sports even after hydrating all night before, 30mins in the sun and I feel so dehydrated, like I feel as if I am still on creatine to this day.
Bruh this literally all started happening right after I took creatine my senior year. I know everyone is jus gona say Im trolling or stupid and studies show no long term side effects, but creatine did **** me up.
I'm just wondering if there is anyone else out there that has had permanent dehydration problems like me since taking creatine, and how tf do I fix this problem.

I've heard rumors that nowadays there is some types of humanoides (some say they are aliens) called "doctors" which could help you.
Just kidding...
Buy, yeah, go see a doctor.
You probably got some strange disease at the same time you started taking creatine, but attributed the problem to the creatine."No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him" (John 1:18)

That's crazy. Your body must be comprised of like 70% water OP.
Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.

It could be adrenal fatigue OP, do you drink a lot of coffee/energy drinks or take pre-workouts?
If you do take a pre-workout, did you get that the same time as your creatine?
Also, do you eat a lot of refined sugars and/or processed carbohydrates?
If it is adrenal fatigue you may have some luck supplementing with:
Vitamin C
Vitamin E
Vitamin A
Vitamin B6

I get thirsty all the time. Same as you! I don't blame it on creatine. My body is used to about 5 liters of water everyday. Its natural i would think.
And hey its not a bad thing being thirsty.
I would only worry about this problem, if i was going to a Saharan expedition. Otherwise, its all okay when you are in civilization and water is freely accessible."I am not a man, I am Cantona" - Eric Cantona.

I am constantly drinking water and it has nothing to do with creatine, creatine draws water into the muscle

Your thirst has nothing to do with creatine. I easily drink 2.5 gallons of fluid daily without thinking. Your body needs water. More is better in most cases.
